There's been a revitalization to the elopement style wedding celebration so you might have seen terms like "micro wedding" or "mini wedding" floating around lately. An intimate wedding experience is our take on this genre of events to allow couples to enjoy the decadences of a larger wedding while still remaining very intimate. You and up to 48 (maximum of 50 to include the couple) of your closest friends and family can gather to celebrate YOU and not limit your ceremony and reception experience!

So we've put together an all-star team of available vendors, each with a solid plan in place to create an event that is special and unique to you and provide wedding day services, with guest comfort, experience and safety in mind.

Yes, but rather than receiving separate contracts from each vendor, we have compiled all of them for you so it's as easy as giving us your John Hancock and calling it a day.

Nope! We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Payments will be made directly to Camino Real Ranch, and we'll take it from there.

We love that you already have someone in mind that will help make your day perfect. You are welcome to bring in your own vendor, but the package price does not decrease if you sub out one of our stellar vendors.

You betcha! Heavenly Day Events will provide a refined list of Vendor Recommendations to help you find any vendors you might still need, like a DJ or musician.

Maybe a DJ doesn't really fit your style and you instead prefer live musicians. We wanted clients to have more freedom in choosing their desired entertainment!

It was important to us that an all-inclusive package still offered options to customize! Each vendor has info regarding options for service elevations. Each vendor will work with you directly to discuss these options. Payments for elevated services outside of your package will be made directly between vendor and client.

We pride ourselves on transparency, so we are happy to give you some background on our pricing. Could you book with each of these vendors independently, or hire other vendors and piece together a team? Of course! Would it cost you the same as this package? Probably not. With this vendor team in particular, we can say definitely not. The team package is collectively of far greater value and at a lower price than if each vendor were booked independently.
