Our 6 acre ranch is close proximity to Austin and San Marcos and only 10 minutes from BBQ country in Lockhart and the famous Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 racetrack. Once a fully operational farm, we have kept many of the unique features of the farm, but with a modern desert twist. Palm trees, agave, and Mexican sage echo Baja California tucked away in the Lone Star State’s countryside. The property has been designed with a minimalist, and clean aesthetic to highlight its spaciousness.

Our show-stopper 3,400 sq ft greenhouse comes adorned with wagon wheel chandelier lighting and a back wall of vintage windows with a view of mesquite trees and our pond. The front is dreamy with its opaque facade that let’s in lovely diffused light and an over-sized landing that makes for a picture-perfect outdoor ceremony altar.

Our unique quonset hut is 1,900 sq ft indoors and an additional 600 square feet of front and back patio accessed via glass garage doors opening to the outside. The hut is air conditioned and has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen prep area for caterers. It features sky high ceilings and a rod iron spiral staircase leading to our loft area.

Our charming two bedroom 900 square foot farmhouse is the perfect setting for your wedding party to spend the day preparing for the celebration ahead. It is original to the farm and hails from the 1940s. It has a complete kitchen and full bathroom.
